The furnace

Villa La fornace is a modern villa located in a splendid panoramic position, which on one side dominates the town of Scicli and on the other sweeps as far as the sea, caressing with its gaze the typical hilly landscape of Ileo where almond trees, carob olive trees and wild aromatic plants grow freely among the typical 'dry stone walls'.
Available to guests for their exclusive use is the apartment located on the second floor of the villa.

The space
The property has 1 apartment (for a total of 8 beds), a 20x3 m swimming pool with solarium outdoor facilities and large garden at the service of guests and in common.
The panoramic swimming pool is accessible via an easy step staircase to the side of which an infinity step has been created on which to stop for an aperitif or even just to enjoy the view comfortably lying in the water.

the solarium is equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas, small tables and an outdoor shower. It has at its disposal a changing room (divided between men and women) equipped with hot showers and a shared bathroom.

The villa is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden that is spread over several floors.Here you can admire olive trees, colorful bougainvillea, fragrant lemons, palm trees and aromatic plants typical of the area.On the second floor is the 280-square-meter apartment served by an independent entrance and equipped with all comforts. It has a private parking space.



The apartment is arranged on a single level on the first floor: consisting of a large and modern living area with a comfortable relaxation area, a large dining area and a fully equipped professional kitchen with counter, 2 double bedrooms, one of which can be transformed into a twin and 2 full bathrooms (1 of which is en suite).
This apartment enjoys a beautiful terrace equipped with dining/dining table, relaxing sofas, outdoor shower, laundry room and completely private access.

Access for guests
The whole villa enjoys perfectly equipped outdoor spaces, is equipped with air conditioning and heating , TV and wifi.

Guests will find at their disposal linens, beach towels, bathrobes and towels as well as a courtesy line dedicated to their well-being.
