The old rural villa has three apartments and a pool house, a large Mediterranean garden with a panoramic swimming pool and a pool house for guests' use. It is the ideal place for those who like to indulge in a rejuvenating break amid the scent of orange blossoms and the sea

The space
The villa has three apartments for a total of 11 beds + 2 double sofa beds and a pool house with 2 beds + 1 sofa bed.
The villa has been entirely renovated respecting the pre-existing structures and with great attention to detail, from the choice of materials to the furnishings.
The apartments are named after the plants that characterize the large garden and are structured as follows:

- The carob tree is structured on one level with a large living room with fireplace, a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a large shared bathroom and a small bathroom with shower. It also has a comfortable double sofa bed and a small room with a single sofa bed. Outside, 2 patios equipped for relaxation and dinners/lunches. It also has an outdoor laundry and outdoor shower.

- The almond tree is divided into two floors: on the ground floor the professional kitchen and large living room with fireplace, which overlook a large veranda outside and equipped for relaxing and possibly dining with a magnificent view of the Iblei landscapes. On the second floor are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en suite).

The olive tree, communicating internally with the almond tree but totally autonomous and independent, has a kitchen/living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Beyond a terrace from which to relax while appreciating the Baroque country.

L'arancio, the pool house enjoys a panoramic view of the pool and Scicli. It offers a double bedroom with bathroom, a large living area complete with kitchen and with typical furnishings and a veranda that can accommodate for lunches and dinners.

Access for guests
The panoramic infinity-edge pool is equipped with deck chairs and outdoor shower.
The villa is surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden, has private indoor and outdoor parking, laundry facilities, barbecue facilities, and a vegetable garden for guests' use.
All apartments enjoy fully equipped outdoor spaces and are equipped with air conditioning, TV and Internet connection (Wi-Fi).
